identifying the needs of our customers and thus fulfill our
responsibilities.

to achieve the proposed objectives are two pillars that have
always supported my work.
In 2008 I decided to take new directions when I discovered this
almost new modality of virtually assisting people. I was
fascinated from the first time that I heard about it and since
then I've trained myself to incorporate new tools and knowledge.
